You can use Longdo Map to find out whether your land plot is located in a high-slope or medium-slope area, which may be subject to specific building regulations.
ท่านสามารถใช้เว็บไซต์ Longdo Map ในการตรวจสอบความลาดชันของที่ดินของท่านได้ ว่าอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ที่มีความชันมาก (สีแดง) หรือ ชันปานกลาง (สีเหลือง) ซึ่งอาจจะมีข้อห้าม หรือ เงื่อนไขในการสร้างอาคารหรือใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน ที่แตกต่างจากบริเวณพื้นราบปกติ
Step 1 : Go to https://map.longdo.com/ and click the Current Location button to move the map to your GPS location
ไปที่เว็บ https://map.longdo.com/ และกดปุ่มเพื่อเลื่อนแผนที่ไปยังตำแหน่งปัจจุบัน
Step 2 : Click “Layers” and choose Samui
กดปุ่ม Layers และเลือกชั้นข้อมูล พื้นที่ลาดชันเกาะสมุย ตามภาพ
Optionally, you can also choose the Land Parcel layer.
รวมถึงอาจกดเปิดชั้นข้อมูล แปลงที่ดิน
Step 3 : Check whether your location falls within the red (very steep) or yellow (moderately steep) areas.
ดูว่าตำแหน่งที่ดินของท่านอยู่ในบริเวณสีเหลืองหรือสีแดงหรือไม่ หากใช่ แนะนำติดต่อหน่วยงานตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง เพื่อตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขหรือข้อห้ามในการสร้างอาคารหรือใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน
